How do I find the outside dimension of my frame?

To find the outside dimension of your completed frame, use the following formula. You can find the frame width on the product detail page for each frame style, below the description.

No Mat: (Frame Width x 2) + Print Size – 0.5”
With a Mat: (Frame Width x 2) + Print Size + (Mat Size x 2) – 0.5”

What types of mounting do you offer?

We offer a standard wall mounting, though you may select an easel back option on frames up to 5”x7” for an additional charge. For the easel back, white frames will receive a white easel back. All other frames will receive a black easel back.

Can I send a frame as a gift?

Yes! Just enter the delivery address and gift card message upon checkout.

Can I send multiple frames to different addresses?

To ship frames to multiple addresses, you must create a separate order for each address.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

While we strive to deliver the best in customer service, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change your order once it has been placed. However, if you contact us shortly after ordering (usually within 24 hours of when the order was placed), we may be able to accept your changes.

Can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been placed, as well as the tracking information email once your order has been shipped.

How do I resolve an issue with my order?

We are determined to do our best to make you happy. If you have any concerns regarding an order, please contact us customerservice@framedit.com or call 614.604.6352.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Upon receipt and approval of your order, it will take approximately 6-12 days for your framed picture, canvas or acrylic to arrive back to you. For more information, view the delivery timeline chart on the SHIPPING page.

How much does shipping cost?

Ground shipping is included free with all orders. You may choose to upgrade shipping upon checkout for an additional cost. 

Where do you ship your frames?

We currently offer shipping throughout the United States.

Is rush delivery available?

Yes! Just upgrade your shipping option for an additional charge upon checkout.

What is your return policy?

If you receive an item that is damaged or you are unhappy with the quality of your item, contact customer service and we’ll make it right.

IMAGES AND FILE TYPES

How can I upload images to print?

You can upload images directly from a computer or your Instagram account. For physical prints, keepsakes and other items, please contact customer service for mail-in options.

Will my images be kept on file or reused by FramedIt?

No, we will never reuse your images without your permission. For more information regarding image use and rights, please see our full Terms of Use.

What image formats may I submit?

We accept JPEG, TIFF or PNG image formats, as well as physical copies.

Are there any image resolution restrictions or guidelines?

When it comes to framing your photos, the greater the resolution the better! We recommend you use photos above 300dpi to ensure the greatest image quality.

  • 5″x5″: Recommended 1500 x 1500 (Minimum 750 x 750)
  • 5″x7″: Recommended 1500 x 2100 (Minimum 750 x 1050)
  • 8″x10″: Recommended 2400 x 3000 (Minimum 1200 x 1500)
  • 11″x14″: Recommended 3300 x 4200 (Minimum 1650 x 2100)
  • 9″x12″: Recommended 2700 x 3600 (Minimum 1350 x 1800)
  • 16″x20″: Recommended 4800 x 6000 (Minimum 2400 x 3000)
  • 24″x36″: Recommended 7200 x 10800(Minimum 3600 x 5400)
  • 32″x40″: Recommended 9600 x 12000 (Minimum 4800 x 6000)

CARE AND USE

How do I care for my frame?
Caring for your frame is simple: wipe it down with a soft cloth. Avoid using cleaning chemicals or abrasive materials on your frame, as they may scratch or damage the material.
How do I hang my frame?

Our frames come with an attached wire, so all you need is a wall with a nail or a hook. You may also choose to upgrade to an easel back for frames up to 5” x 7” for an additional charge. Click here to view our video on How to Hang Your Masterpiece.

Where should I display my frame?
Anywhere you want to show off your stunning artwork, treasured keepsake or incredible photos! We recommend your home, office, school…well…anywhere!
If my frame breaks, can I get a replacement?
Bummer! While our frames are crafted to the highest standard, accidents do happen. You can request a replacement frame by contacting customerservice@framedit.com. Please note: Unless the damage was due to a manufacturer error, you’ll need to purchase the new frame.
